Yes, I am still rocking the french braids but, they are holding up so wonderfully. Also, I must admit that I really like this hairstyle. So, I tried something new with the french braids. I did a low side pin-up. I think this look is so me. Elegant and classic.
I am going to re-do the hairstyle this weekend and I have plans to shoot a tutorial on this style.
Cute style! Your hair looks so thick and healthy. I'm having a great time going through your posts. Fantastic blog!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Hannah!! I'm glad you're enjoying yourself.
ReplyDeleteMs. Cee, to get this style, after you wash your hair, do you stretch it out in loose plaits first before you put in the french braids or can this be done on ordinary freshly washed hair?
ReplyDeleteWith this version I did not stretch the hair with plaits but, it was somewhat stretched from having it in a pony tail for about 2 days. However, the next time I did this style I did put individual plaits in the back after I washed it. This helped stretch it somewhat so that I could pin it up.
ReplyDeleteOK, good to know - thanks! my 4b hair is very tight right after a wash and needs stretching to be styled in any way.
