So, as you all know I have been wearing my hair in the mini twists. I think the hairstyle is cute but, I really don't like my hair brushing my collar (I have worn tweed, cotton, and other fibers). This can lead to my hair ends being damaged or snagging on these fiber. I was hoping that when I sprayed some of my water mixture on my hair that it would shrink and not brush my collar but, that did not happen.
So, I came up with the idea to just wear satin scarves around my collar area. I mean, I wear satin bonnets/scarves to bed and under my acrylic hats. So why not wear it around my neck?
I have quite a few scarves in my collection so, I just focused my outfit today around my scarf. Now, my hair is brushing my satin scarf and all is well.
Another tip: Wear satin shirts. (I have quite of few of those as well.)
